40 Hour Restorative Training, Burlington

Help others and yourself to improve mental health, relax and de-stress and most importantly to restore the body.
Learn the joys of restorative yoga through the first-hand experience of the postures, and also learn through hands-on experience in how to teach students of all levels.

An extensive repertoire of beginner, as well as advanced postures, will be passed on to you with the detail necessary to bring depth and life-changing benefits to students. During each class, you’ll learn to set up restorative postures with increasing independence as the program progresses and you’ll get to enjoy the benefits of the practice.
You’ll learn postures in detail, as well as modify for a class with fewer props will be explored. Each pose will have 1–5 modifications to accommodate different bodies.
You’ll learn the Ayurvedic, physiological, emotional, and biomechanical elements of each pose.
